The Board of Directors consists of local community, business and civic leaders who share their expertise in the operation of a business as well as the special aspects of operating the Center.  The Board is responsible for

• establishing and overseeing adherence to policies and practices governing the operations
• establishing an annual budget and overseeing the use of all funds available to the center
• strategic planning
• helping to attract supporters and friends of New Heights
